I had this exact problem, with almost identical symptoms - on a 4 stroke outboard. It was water in the gas. When the engine warmed up, the water would vaporize, causing fuel starvation. Try throwing a couple of cans of gas line antifreeze (methyl alcohol) into the tank and see if that helps.
