J-Type overdives come with 4.30 diffs when standard.
D-Type are normally coupled to 4.56 diffs.

When I put a D-Type M41 in my 142 I used the speedo gear that was in my old M40 and retained the 4.10 diff. With 205/65 x 15 tyres the odometer is nearly perfect, they are nearly the same diameter as the original 165/80 x 15 tyres.
