I tried responding to your post last night but when I submitted, they just show up as deleted posts.
I have pulled the cog out and it is a 20 tooth black one which I believe to be the original. I have measured it all up and plan to make a 21 tooth cog to go in there. I have all the gear to be able to make one.
If I went to a 22 tooth cog it would make the speedo almost exactly right but the Odo would be 5% too short.
The tyre issue is pretty much irrelevant because I know the extent of the error and how to fix it. It wouldn't make sense to me to replace perfectly good tyres to fix something that doesn't really need fixing.
