Two possibilities that have not been mentioned and will not throw codes:
--Power stage (a.k.a. ignition amplifier) mounted on the fender next to the battery. As far as I know, there isn't all that much troubleshooting that can be done. Mostly just replace with a known good one and hope for the best. Sometimes they can be revived with more high temp/heat sink grease applied to their backs.
--Loose wire(s) from coil to the rest of ignition system. Not too long ago I purchased set of Bosch plug wires that showed up needing to have all of their contacts bent outwards to fit properly and make good contact with the coil and distributor cap. It surprised me greatly. A loose small wire from the coil can also cause similar symptoms. Clean, check over and tighten those connections and use a little dielectric grease when putting them back together.
Both of these two possibilities can transmit juice just fine when cold and then fail very quickly as they heat up. They're not sensors so no codes will show up when they go flaky.
Also, sometimes spinning fuses is not enough. You might need to pinch the contacts closer together--especially on that crucial fuse 6.
Good luck!
