The big no-start/stall issues on that car tend to be caused by the ignition amplifier, the RPM sensor and the fuel system relay.
Swap in a used ignition amplifier from a running car. I've had the symptoms you are reporting with a bad one. At this point, the RPM sensor is a good maintenance item to replace (particularly if it is an original yellow band).
If jumpering from 4 to 6 on the left side gets the car running again, then you need a new relay-- I've seen aftermarket relays that didn't respond well to resoldering.
With my 245 I had occasional trouble with fuse 6 getting hot and deforming, causing a no start too.
If filling the tank stops the stalling, check out the transfer pump in the tank and its hose/sock.
