Did you check for codes in both 2 and 6 ports?
A couple of things to check;
AMM - Disconnect electrical connector with the key off, then try starting. If it idles fine replace the AMM.
Look behind the head on top of the bell housing for the Crank position sensor, frayed wires will short and cause intermittent no starts.
Jumper on the left side of fuses 4 and 6 to force fuel pumps, if it starts bad fuel pump (system) relay.
Rotate fuses 4 and 6 amke sure they are snug in the holder.
Cap and rotor will cause no starts if old and wore out, use Bosch only.
Thats a start, report back.
