In my 940 I have an Alpine touch screen head unit IVA 300 I think from memory with the DVD navigation unit. It is excellent, but expensive. I also have a Tom Tom 910, wqhich I've used both in Europe and in the US. It is very good, but the hard wired system just has the edge. However the price difference was afactor of 6, and no way is the permanently fitted system 6 X better than the Tom Tom
