Just stabbing around a bit -
Timing belt broken maybe?
Check to see if the valve cams are moving when you crank the engine.
Look in at the oil fill cap, you can see a couple cams there.
Easiest is if a buddy turns the key. If no buddy handy, memorize position of visible cams, turn key to crank briefly, and check cams again. Should be positioned differently now. If cams not turning then timing belt is broken.
