Help! 200 1989

It sounds like your cam sprocket might not have been properly torqued after the timing belt change causing the alignment dowel to eventually shear. Like Sven suggest verify that the crankshaft pulley is spinning while the starter is engaged. If its spinning and the cams aren't then most likely a sheared pin and loosened cam sprocket. Its also possible that the belt broke.
