I had my brother turn the key, and the cams weren't moving. Maybe it is the starter motor. My volvo mechanic changed the timing belt not too long ago. Also, I just looked at my records and they showed that the crank speed sensor was changed in '05-- about 40k ago. Also, the cover was fine, nothing looked different.
