Help! 200 1989

I would do one last check before changing the starter. Grab the crank pulley(with the car not running and key in off position) and see if you can turn over the engine a little. Its not unheard of for the key on a crank gear to shear if the pulley isn't probably torqued.

Changing the starter is pretty easy. I think I used 2 12" extensions a swivel and an 18mm socket to gain access to the top bolts last time.
