You're a better man than I, Kenner. i just figured that the oil trap itself was going to hold the hose in on the two fittings. And the cylinder was going to keep it from expanding. Any, we both did the job within a few weeks so we'll get to see if it makes a difference (translation: I'll let you know when min starts leaking)
I also accidentally left one mounting bolt off the power steering pump. I figure 4 out of 5 ain't bad, right!
These are the reasons why you shouldn't start working on the car at 11 p.m.
