The most reliable method involves a wire feed welder. Find a nut that just fits over the stud. Use the wire feed welder to weld the nut in place. The heat from welding breaks the bond between the stud and the head. A little PB Blaster at this point doesn't hurt either. If you don't have a welder, you might have a neighbor who does.
Repeated heating and spraying with PB Blaster might do it given enough patience. Rapping the end of the stud with a hammer from time to time will help too. A 50/50 mix of acetone and transmission fluid works as well as ( or maybe better than) PB and is cheaper too.
With patience and a little luck you will get it out.
