Correct. No push, no volts. Push, 12v. Ignition On.

This is taken across the yellow and the black wire where the horn connects.

Maybe 1 93 240 is more like a 740. The OEM horn was a single horn. I pulled a set of the classic 240 dual horns from a late 80 soemthing 240.

I don't see where it is grounded. I think this may be the problem.
