Jamie,

My choice would be a 94/95 945T. The late model turbo charged 940 was (IMO) the best Brick ever made. Fast ... less complicated (read easier to work on) than the six and unlike the 70 ... it is RWD. Finding a good 945 Turbo wagon may be a bit of a challenge, however, as Brick owners lucky enough to have one are often reluctant to part with them. My $.02
