Check out Stu Spencer's web page. He has a step by step description of his B23/230 manifold conversion. This is one of the not to distant future improvements I'm going to make on my car. I just put on the MVP 3 inch exhaust.
It really seems to help the motor run stronger at all rpms. A cam, the intake, and the exhaust are all the bolt on mods I'm going to make. Also the terminal 11
trick is good to add a bit of high end fuel and power. You see the info for the terminal 11 trick on www.turbobricks.com For more power than this
I'd be adding electronic injection and a flowed cylinder head.
