update on no start - tried everything... 700

thanks
well i took of the RSR and the fan relay next to it.
from the outside they are identical when i open them they look basically the same but the layout is different. they are both 89 99 31 1323592-1
one is 1997 the other has no date.
they were really hard to pull out as the area was rusty. but inside where the plugs go it looks clean.
the 92 one has shiny connecting (4) prongs the other one has dull looking ones (not corroded just dull).
we already tried switching them
