help - crankcase pressure problem 200

When you cleaned out your flame trap did you also clean out the brass nipple on the intake manifold, and check the hoses on the flame trap to make sure they were open (i.e. can you blow through them?) Also, check the nipples on the flame trap housing to make sure they are cleaned out, as well.

If these check out then I would also agree that you should check your breather box to make sure that it is clear. They can get "gunked up" over time and close up, causing the higher crankcase pressure.
