help - crankcase pressure problem 200

sure, its orange and its on the drivers side of the engine. it looks like a cylinder that goes into the engine perpendicularily and has two small prongs that are paralell to the engine and perpendicular to the main cylinder. im not sure if it is the problem, i just noticed it had nothing connected to it. the prongs look like they would insert into a vacuum hose.
