help - crankcase pressure problem 200


As mbliss suggested, pull off the flame trap and the hose from it to the "box". Put a hose on box and blow through it. At the same time, keep on hand on oil filler opening and feel for air. If you feel any air, the box is okay. IMHO - You really don't want to go after the "box" unless you absolutely need to....

Do a search for breather box. You'll pull up a ton of information.

Not sure what the best way to attack it is on an "81". On the later cars it can be done w/o removing anything, but I think removing the intake makes the job easier.
