Just to be fair - outside of the headlight recall items, I've so far experienced none of the problems mentioned by 'harder'in 85K miles. Yet.

(Steven, sounds like you've had a tough time and I've seen your post before. Do you live somewhere a lemon law might give you some recourse?)
