Is there any value in my HUGE investment?

It sounds like Volvo is starting to slip in quality and it's really sad. I wonder if being bought out by Ford has any bearing? I own a 240 bought new in 89 and and a 97 850 wagon and both cars have been exceptional. Until I get burned I'll stick with the brand.

My HUGE investment was in dot-coms. That's done much, much worse than my Volvo.

The reason my next car won't be a Volvo isn't because of quality issues.
