Do you have anything NEW to contribute , David ?

"The main reason i won't buy a Volvo next time around (after five in a row) is because they have forgotten who their customer is."

Volvo's customer is not the USED car buyer it is the NEW car buyer. so what does that have to do with YOU , someone who has NEVER purchased a NEW VOLVO ?
THERE ARE PLENTY OF OLD SECOND HAND BRICKS OUT THERE ,JUST WAITING FOR YOU TO SNATCH THEM UP. as for the rest of society, those who embrace modern technology and styling, Volvo will still be the vehicle of choice.

change is difficult for SOME people to accept and you sir are stuck in the 70's, we might as well go back to "bricks" with carburetors, breaker points, leaf spring suspensions and AM radios.
those were the "good old days" .. GET OVER IT !
