Wait a minute... 140-160

In my experience, the stock rod ratio is a good balance with 2130 NA engine with a good head, fairly optimal between 2500 - 6000 rpm. The same motor with long rods & lighter/short pistons drops torque away from the bottom & adds some of it to the top above 6000. Stock rods would hold the sort of power you are looking for easily, so why the rush to throw them away.

The other factor to consider with a turbo pushrod motor is that you want to get as little overlap as possible because the pressure behind the exhaust valve is higher than behind the inlet, which means that any overlap causes nothing but exhaust gas to move up the intake ports which isn't the best way to go. (With naturally aspirated or supercharged engines, a good exhaust can produce vacuum behind the exhaust valve, that never happens with a turbo.)

So how does that translate with a B30F head?

I think I'd be using B30A head with smaller inlets to cram the biggest exhaust valves in reliably.
