How much would you pay for a NEW 2017 Volvo 240?

My two Volvo's - '84 240DL and '88 740GLE were assembled at a small plant in Halifax NS, and employed the Volvo "team" system. So what if they shipped all the parts to some "entrepreneur" who would do the same? Could it be registered as a "kit car" and circumvent some of the "production car" regulations? Of course, it could still cost a bundle.
