In your message, who is "they". Volvo does not even own any of the stampings or tooling anymore nor do they warehouse the the spare parts. That is a company I believe is know as "Volvo Classics" or something similar. Some 940/740 might still be maintained by Volvo and I am sure many of the 960 bits are.
