Hello,
Not a liar, just a little misinformed.
FYI, the K-jet system doesn't have a MAF or a MAP sensor. The fuel is metered by a mechanical process. When air is sucked into the engine, it flows past a plate that is attached to an arm with a pivot point and works like a teeter totter.
When air flows past the plate the opposite side of the arm is lowered and attached to that arm are 4 metering needles that are moved up or down depending on the air flow so more or less fuel is sent to each injector based on how much air is being sucked into the engine.
What has always bothered me about this system is that no matter what each cylinder is doing in its 4 stroke operation, the injectors are always spraying fuel even during the exhaust stroke.
