I never wanted to do them myself, maybe later.. :) But yeah, i just didn't realize why they were tightening the valves in the first place, i forgot to actually think about what i was saying.. (i'll blame it on being late at night and i was hyper... ;-)) And my car doesn't experience any pinging anywhere; I don't have vacuum advance hooked up, and just run 20deg advance at idle.
