Need advice ASAP V50 2002

I did not need a loaner, since I was planning to trade in two cars for the V50. One they had, the other I would turn over upon delivery of my new car.

I do have a contract, and there is some wiggle room for the dealer, in the event the manufacturer refused to make a car. It does say that I am to be notified "promptly" if this occurs, which I would argue did not happen.
