Sadly, there probably is at least one lesson here for all of us to learn and remember. No matter how great these dealers apppear to be they always have their own best interests in mind. Therefore, I think the old saying of "A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush" might be applicable here. Never turn over the keys, car money or anything else until you have the car in your sight. Well, maybe the deposit would be OK, since that's more easily exchangeable. Good luck and keep us posted please.
