Need advice ASAP V50 2002

You're exactly right on both counts. That is why I requested a written explanation of why the contract to purchase a made-to-order car wasn't fulfilled--and I wasn't notified until 37 days after the order had been placed! The VP at Nemith couldn't seem to get why I was upset at this. Had they said when they took my check and trade-in that it was possible I wouldn't get a car, I would have accepted the gamble. But to wait that long, after I called every week to find out a VIN so I could apply for a loan, is inexcusable.
Now I know why I've never bought a new car before. Too many headaches.
