You're willing to look 200 miles? Are you in the rare USA city where everyone bought Volvos? You're looking for a combination of rare factors:
1. Manual transmission
2. Station wagen
3. Good condition.
4. Maintenance logs
5. Low mileage
I think you will be very lucky to find a car like this even if you extend your search nationwide. And probably you will need to look for months. A manual trans wagon would have been purchased by an enthusiast or serious car person, and they often hold on to their cars.
