Manufactured in 90, or 90 model year? Option or standard? [I'm not challenging statement, I just am not sure]. AFA airbag function, IIR the tags used to say check in 10 years, but TSBs have updated that twice and early ones still considered good. That said, early airbags packed a lot of bang, and may not be much safer than none. Word at the time was that Volvo put airbag in 240 more for marketing/staying current, than improving safety.
