If the things replaced do not cure the problem, it could be a wiring problem. Connectors need to be clean and tight---worth checking. It only happens when driving: is something flexing or chafing a cable somewhere? Are all grounds and electrical supply cables good? Can be some serious damage on the inside of battery cables from the acid bloom. Look at your grounds on the engine - may want to take off and clean both the cable and engine attatchment.

These are tough ones, but ususally are some darn minor thing to do with wiring.

For sure the fuel pump is ok? Always nice to have a spare to plug in.
