You don't remember the week long battle I had with a "John O" concerning resoldering relays or diagnostics by Q&A? Sure teed me off at the time. He was a "master tech" at a dealer, and his entire perspective was:

1) Buy new parts at the dealer

2) The dealer was the only agency qualified to diagnose problems

3) He was a "master tech" so had the answers

"I intend to continue bringing this issue up when applicable."

Good show. Count me on your side.
