The Constant injectoin system is just "mechanical" fuel injection as opposed to "electronic" fuel injection. Basically any motor that uses mechanical fuel injection is uding a CIS style system. I know mercedes used it on their V-8's for a while, there are other examples too, none of which I can think of right now. ;)
