Yes.
Remove air cleaner.
Unscrew the knob at the top of the dome and extract the plunger.
Undo the three screws that hold the dome to the carb body.
Pull dome straight up CAREFULLY, holding the piston in the dome with your fingers and not bending the needle.
Turn dome upside down and pour out the oil into a suitable container.
Remove piston and spring from the dome.
Undo the set screw in the side of the piston and pull out the needle. If it doesn't want to come easily, try grabbing it with some dishwashing gloves for traction. Do NOT apply plier jaws or anything of that sort to the needle.
Look at the surface of the needle that was in the piston, and there will be two letters stamped there.
Reassembly is the reverse, except the oil goes in last. Make sure the piston is free to drop all the way down without the needle rubbing on the jet.
