What's with FCP lately?

I too placed an order early this month and there was apparently some problem with their system which sent it into limbo. After several days they found it, sent me an apologetic email, and had my package in the mail before I had a chance to notice there was a problem.

So if you've had no joy by email, you need to call them. I've always had good luck with their customer service people over the phone.
