What's with FCP lately?

I'm dealing with a lack of credit on a recent return. Returned three items that were picked wrong. Asked for a refund, and they only refunded me for two items. Started asking after #3 and they told me that I received customer credit.

So I ordered something else, and there was no sign of the customer credit on my account. We're not talking about a few bucks either - over $20 which is not throw-away money.
