What's with FCP lately?

I've been ordering parts from FCP for over 4 years,and I have never had any problems.
I find what I want on the website, then I always order by phone.On the phone, you can verify and confirm the details of the part(s), and you can get the name of the person you are ordering from,and you dont have to use your credit card for an online transaction.
I have not ordered anything since last summer,(so maybe they are no good now?).
Bottom line;From my experience,I think FCP Groton is an excellent place to do business with,,but maybe I've just been lucky.(?)
