B18 or B20 140-160

Just doing some thinking out loud with a question that experts hate!

Would there be a significant power difference between a rebuilt B18B + 0.030"
from a '67 1800S versus a stock rebuilt B20B from a '70 140? Both using the low rpm torque cam (C?), HIF carbs, 2" exhaust, and standard valves and head.
The car is a daily driver and not subject to intense use.
It appears that the engines would be very similar according to the ratings in my Haynes manual.

I'm thinking of using some accumulated parts to save some money. Can't really swing a deluxe rebuild with all new parts.

Any thoughts?
Thanks
