I've never shaved down an E head other than to get it flat, so I really can't give you even a guess as to the CR. Also, you've taken .020" out of the gasket height on top of the .050" head drop, and you've raised the piston crowns an unknown amount (they seem to be a fair amount down in the hole stock).
If I HAD to guess, I'd guess you're well up in the mid 11s...
Of course you CAN cut a head down far enough and run enough lift that you could have valve-piston contact. I just don't think that's going to happen with any sanely engineered B20, and it's not going to be anywhere close to happening with anything resembling an ITB motor. We see racers in other classes running 14:1 CR with domed pistons and high-lift cams going over 8000 RPM without problems in that area.
