Thanks for the thought about the head gasket being the only problem.
I certainly hope so, but would that account for the other cylinders being so far off minimum spec of 130? The range is 130-160 approx.

It had started to blow a little from the exhaust manifold gasket, but nothing detected externally otherwise, and the coolant looked OK.
