Well, I did check the ballast for continuity and it was fine. I tested the cold start injector by taking it out, keeping it plugged in with ground secure, holding it in a rag and cranking the engine. It works. Fuel sprayed out into rag. No problem there. I could not find any leaks or crack in rubber housing of throttle body. Hoses seem secure. I am beginning to wonder again about a suspicion I had when I first went to help my daughter when she called me. The symptoms remind me of sugar poured into the gas tank. The K-Jet site reminded me of this thought I had at the time. No previous symptoms. She parked it when running fine at around midnight, and the next morning it would not start. Always cranked right up immediately even on the coldest days. I actually looked for sugar granules around the nozzle hole for the tank. Did not see any. Your thoughts? I guess I will need to pull the fuel distributor out and clean it. Are there any other ways to isolate sugar as the problem or anything to clean the fuel without having to take that thing out? ~ JG
