I know the difference between the 2, just pointing out that it's the air correction hole that has the most bearing on part throttle.
Why I am saying F9 or F16 is I am assuming you have a big cam. I wish you had .050" duration figures on it, that would help a lot, how did you degree it in & not get a measurement? F2 emulsion tube is the last remaining alcohol tube, it's thinness means that you have A LOT of fuel in reserve when you stand on the accelerator, it is mostly a V8 tube or is useable in a mini where 1 barrel feeds 2 cylinder in which case you need twice as much fuel. F15 are no relation to F16 what so ever, closest to F16 is an F14 IMHO. Closest relative to the F15 is the F11(richer acceleration) or F9(leaner acceleration).
Can you refresh my memory on what problem you are having? I thought it was with part throttle & gentle acceleration.
