Buying advice wanted

Jim, what drivers are not working? Have you had any viruses or malware? You can download and install Microsof Security Essentials, which is Microsoft anti-virus software. It is actually very good and free (included with your Windows license). If you are running any other anti-virus, uninstall it first, of course. As for uninstalling the drivers, it would help to know what they are for. If for USB ports, etc. and you have a standard brand-name computer like Dell, you can get the most up to date drivers on the manufacturer's website. Then just install them, the old driver will be removed automatically. Again, I am not sure why this prevents you from using email... Let me know if you need more help, maybe we can do it over the phone.
