Screwed? S60 2007

Aligned to factory marks, and performed compression test at 50 deg F. Results:

1 95 psi
2 50 / 75
3 85
4 80
5 120 / 180

After running through the first time, I repeated 2 and 5 because they seemed extreme, and both went up 50%, which are the second numbers listed. Fittings were finger-tight in all cases. Are compression numbers just not very repeatable on a cold engine? Perhaps gauge is faulty? (Autozone rental, OEM #27138)

What can be deduced from these results?
