No-Start: SOLVED! S60 2007

Placed crank at 1/4" before TDC on cylinder #1, which was two teeth from where I was (and camshafts locked with special tool, vvt hubs turned to cw limit). I also did the oil-in-cylinder recommended by Klaus. BINGO! Started right up and runs like a champ! And to think I was ready to have it towed ..

Lessons Learned:
1. Auto Repair 101: Make your OWN reference marks before you do anything. I could have saved myself a lot of time and grief.
2. Do NOT attempt to loosen the crank nut by countering the torque with belt tension! (Dummy!) It's on there real good. Bad things will happen.
3. You really don't need to remove the serpentine pulley, anyway. I was hoping it would give me a better look at the crank marks through the wheel well; But once you take the tensioner off, that's as good a look (from above) as you will get, I surmise (But again, make your own marks, before taking belt off). It is tricky, to maneuver the new belt on the crank pulley, with the serpentine pulley in the way. I found that chiseling a bit off the corner off the plastic support mount (vertical cover attaches to it) helped to squeeze the belt between said mount and serpentine pulley.

I should have started a new thread, once I got into all the timing stuff; Is it okay on this board, to make a NEW post with subject of "timing ... ", and reference this thread with link?

MANY, MANY THANKS TO ALL, for your help!
