From what I can remember my neighbor (an engineer) from whom I bought my first Volvo (the 123S) told me it had a cD of .41. Mine had plenty of power with the original engine with 220,000 km on it. As a young fellow I had no problem keeping up with my friends BMW 2002 Ti. I drove this 123S all over Europe in the early seventies and drove it for many hours at 170 kmh on the highways/autobahn there and very seldom was passed. At that time there weren't many 1.8 to 2 liter cars (Opels, Vauxels, Citroens, BMW, Fiats, etc. that I could not keep up with and still felt save.
My two cents the car had enough power to go fast, climb over mountains, and last forever. She died at I believe 580 thousand due to an accident that totalled the body.
What are you looking for? as asked B-4. You can do many things.
